Things You'll Need
Instructions
Inspect the adapter port on the wireless headset to make sure it is free of debris that could prevent a proper connection with the AC adapter. Clear any blockages with the bristles of a new, dry toothbrush.
Clean the jack plug on the AC adapter using a clean cloth moistened with lighter fluid, to ensure it is connecting to the headset properly.
Touch the center of the wireless headset to gauge its temperature. If it's too hot or cold, it will not charge until the temperature returns to normal. Set it in a cool room for 30 minutes to an hour; then try connecting to the charger again.
