Things You'll Need
Instructions
Download ROM files for an emulator installed on your Xbox (see Resources).
Browse to the folder where you saved the ROM files for the emulator on your Xbox. Open each file individually in Windows Notepad (right-click the file, then click "Open with/Notepad"). Once Windows Notepad opens, click "Edit/Find" on the menu bar. Enter "/emulators/Roms" in the search box, and then click "Find." Change all instances of "/emulators/Roms" in the ROM file to "D:/emulators/Roms." Click "File/Save" to save the changes to the ROM file in Notepad.
Launch your CD/DVD burning application. Insert a DVD-R type blank disc into the DVD burner driver of your computer (other types of DVD discs may not work in most Xbox consoles).
Launch the CD/DVD burning program on your PC. Click the "Create Data Disc" or "Copy Files to CD/DVD" option button. When the "Add Files" or "Add Files and Folder" window appears, browse to the folder that contains the ROM files you want to use on the Xbox. Drag and drop the ROM files into the "Burn" folder in the browser window.
Click the "Burn," "Burn It" or "Write" button on the CD/DVD burning application menu bar. Wait while the program burns the ROM files to the DVD disc and ejects the drive tray. Remove the copied DVD disc from the burner drive.
