Instructions
Cut the 12 by 12 inch Plexiglas sheet in half with the saw attachment on the multitool, forming two rectangular sections. File the edges smooth with the file on the multitool.
Tape the two Plexiglas pieces to the rear of the Xbox with approximately one third of the long side of the rectangular piece extending past the far edge of the Xbox with the double-sided sticky tape. The connection does not have to be perfect, just sturdy enough to support the case fans when they are connected.
Connect the two case fans with zip ties, using the screw holes as threading holes. Pull the zip ties tight and mount the pair of fans to the rear of the Xbox by taping it to the overhanging Plexiglas with the double-sided sticky tape. Make sure that the fans are facing outward to assist in blowing air out of the Xbox 360 rather than blowing air into the system, which will counteract the internal fans and processes and overheat.
Connect the power supply of the computer fans to the Molex power adapter via the large format to small format Molex power adapter. Use the zip ties to organize the power cabling into a more visually acceptable configuration.
Plug the Molex power adapter into the wall power outlet and test to see that the new fans are working appropriately.
