How to Copy an XBox 360 Profile to a Computer

One of the convenient features available for use with your Xbox 360 console is the ability to copy and/or back up data from it to external storage. If you have a USB flash drive compatible with FAT32 formatting that is between 1 and 16 GB in size, you can use it as a storage device with your Xbox 360. Once you have your USB flash drive connected to your Xbox 360, you can copy data, such as gaming profiles, to it and then to your computer.
