First Stage of the Battle
Attack Venom upon your arrival at the scene of the final battle, and continue attacking him until he enters his rage state. This is visually represented as Venom turning red.
Watch the short scene as the game points out the stack of metal pipes.
Maneuver to the second level of the building and strike one of the two piles of metal pipes. In his rage stage, Venom is nearly impossible to hit, but when you strike the pipes, the noise will stun Venom, allowing you to attack him normally for a few seconds.
Dodge between the two piles of pipes, striking them to stun Venom, and then attack him. From time to time Venom will try to prevent you from striking him by shooting a web around Spider-Man's neck. If this happens, rapidly press the "A" button to break his hold.
Continue fighting him in this manner until half of Venom's health is depleted.
Second Stage of the Battle
Take control of New Goblin once the cut scene ends. You will now be flying around on the Goblin's glider, and will be fighting the Sandman.
Press "RT" on your controller near the beginning of the fight to initiate a quick-time event. As the game prompts you, you will need to press the left stick down, "LT", the right directional button, left, down, "X", left, and "B". While this is optional, done correctly, the New Goblin will break a fire hydrant and soak the Sandman.
Fly in circles around the Sandman, throwing pumpkin bombs and dodging the objects he hurls at you until he's defeated. You can target his head or arms. It's advisable to aim for his head when possible.
The Final Battle with Venom
Resume fighting Venom as Spider-Man. The fight proceeds just as it did in the first section, with you dodging Venom, striking the pile of metal poles, and then attacking the stunned Venom.
Continue fighting Venom until you completely deplete his health.
Complete the quick-time event to defeat Venom. Once his health is depleted, the game will prompt you to press the left analog stick on your controller up, "A", left, "A", "A", "B", "LB", "X", "LB", "Y", and finally "RT". If you fail to press the buttons quickly enough, or incorrectly, you'll have to start the fight again from the New Goblin section.
