Call of Duty 4 Keeps Freezing When Playing

In 2007, Activision and Infinity Ward released the war shooter "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" for the Xbox 360. One problem this game has, along with other Xbox 360 games, is sometimes it will freeze while you're playing it. This is typically due to an error of the Xbox 360 disc drive, and there is only one way you can bypass it: install the game to the Xbox 360 hard drive.

     Turn on the Xbox 360 while "Call of Duty 4" is in the disc drive.

     Navigate up to "My Xbox."

   • 3

     Press "Y."

   • 4

     Press "A" on "Install Game." Wait for the game to install.

   • 5

     Press "A" to exit the screen.
