The XBox Doesn't Show Up in Windows Media Player Sharing

The XBox 360 gaming system connects to Windows Media Player on your computer via a shared network, which allows streaming music from your computer to the game console. A configuration issue is often the reason your XBox does not appear in Windows Media Player, as the media manager's settings must be enabled to permit media sharing to the game console.
