Xbox 360 Arcade Specs

The Xbox 360 Arcade is essentially the same video game console as the original Xbox 360, but with additional perks. The Arcade gives access to multiple titles that are only playable online for standard 360 players. The Arcade also connects to HD televisions for better resolution, and its retail price was lower than that of the original Xbox 360 at the time of its release.
  1. Audio and Video

    • The Xbox 360 Arcade has 16-bit surround sound and a maximum sample rate of 48 KHz. The maximum video resolution is 1,920 by 1,080. The Arcade's fill rate is 500 million triangles per second. To produce video, it has a 256 bit ATI video card with 2D and 3D graphics acceleration. HDMI output is included to play the system in high definition through a television.

    Storage

    • For quick and seamless play, the Arcade has 512 megabytes of SD RAM. The cached memory is 1.0 megabytes and video adapter memory is 10 megabytes.

    Features

    • The Xbox 360 has three USB ports that allow you to connect to hard drives and other media. It has one AV cable port and one RJ-45 ethernet port. Two memory slots are included to save game play information and data. It includes a 12x DVD ROM drive.

    Extras

    • The Arcade system comes with a composite AV cable and a wireless controller, a 256 megabyte memory card and an Xbox power adapter. The Arcade also includes multiple games. Among these are UNO, Lips, Luxor 2, Feeding Frenzy, Boom Boom Rocket, SEGA Superstars Tennis and Pac Man Championship Edition.

    • The Xbox 360 Arcade has a 3.2 GHz IBM PowerPC 3 with 1,000 GFLOPS floating point performance.
