Microsoft Controllers
Microsoft has manufactured several versions of the Xbox 360 controller. Controllers are available in several colors as well as in wireless and wired formats. Wireless controllers run on two AA batteries but can also be hooked to "play and charge" systems that feature rechargeable lithium-ion battery units. Microsoft will not offer support for any Xbox controller that it did not develop.
