How to Play the Cubes in Lost Odyssey

"Lost Odyssey" is an adventure role playing game for the Xbox 360 console. One of the mini-games in "Lost Odyssey" is a musical game similar to "Simon Says" called Cubic Music. In this game, you must match the pattern of music notes to win the mini-game battle and rewards. As you progress through the game, you will discover new songs to play to earn different rewards.

Instructions

  Travel to the city of Numara and speak to the person standing next to the music cube.

  Select a song to play. You will see the song's pattern displayed on the screen in terms of alphabetical music notes and the number of turns for each music block.

  Confirm your song to progress to the party formation screen.

  Choose characters from your group to form a party. Match the number of notes in the song with the number of people in your party. For example, if the song has four notes, or turns, you will need to choose four characters for your group.

  Enter the battle sequence and instruct your characters to attack the note boxes in the same pattern that was displayed when you selected the song. For example, if the notes were "GABC," your characters will need to attack the G Box, A Box, B Box and C Box, in that order.

  Repeat the process through each round to play the song. Play the song perfectly to receive a reward.
