"Guitar Hero: Metallica" is a guitar simulation game developed by Neversoft and released by Activision for a number of systems, including the Xbox 360. The game is composed mostly of songs by the hard rock group Metallica, and most of these songs are available as soon as you begin the game for the first time. However, there are a few secret songs you can unlock by completing a specific in-game task.

Begin the game and select "Career Mode."

Play through the career mode until your get to the song "The Thing That Should Not Be."

Complete "The Thing That Should Not Be" to unlock the three secret tracks: "Broken, Beat, &Scarred," "Cyanide" and "My Apocalypse."
