How to Connect the Xbox 360 Pro to the Internet

The Microsoft Xbox 360 console has been released in several different versions since its original release in 2005. The Xbox 360 Pro is distinguished from the other versions by its hard drive size. Earlier Pro models had a 20 GB hard drive, while the models produced after September 2008 had a 60 GB hard drive. The Xbox 360 system has numerous features that require connecting to the internet to access. This includes online multiplayer, downloadable content and Xbox Live Arcade games. Creating an Xbox Live account is mandatory to connect the Xbox 360 Pro to the Internet.
