How to Replace a Toshiba Samsung MS28 DVD Drive in an Xbox 360

Microsoft Xbox 360 consoles are equipped with different brands of DVD drives. These include Hitachi, Samsung and Lite-On. You may need to replace your Xbox 360's DVD drive if the original unit is defective or becomes broken. The process of swapping the defective DVD drive from the Xbox 360 with a new one takes about 30 minutes.
