Instructions
Turn on both devices.
Network both devices by connecting them together via Ethernet cable. This connection, called a local area network, allows your console and PC to communicate.
Right-click the resulting "Local area network" icon in the notification pane of the taskbar. The icon resembles two computer monitors overlapping each other.
Select "Open Network and Sharing Center."
Choose "Change adapter settings" from the "Control Panel Home" pane on the left. Clicking this option allows you to view your network connections.
Hold down the "Ctrl" key.
Click once on your computer's Internet connection icon and the "Local area network" icon to highlight both connections. Release the "Ctrl" key.
Right-click on one of the icons; then choose "Bridge connections." This allows your PC and Xbox 360 to share the same Internet connection.
