How to Stream a PC to Xbox With WMP

The Xbox 360, mostly known for its high-definition gaming capabilities, is also compatible with several other third-party devices. For instance, gamers can plug their iPod into one of the console's USB ports to charge it while streaming music. The console can also be configured to stream media from a PC using Microsoft media players, including Windows Media Player 12 (WMP). The program can stream three types of media to the console: music, videos or photos.
