How to Use an Xbox 360 Controller for Guitar Hero World Tour

Developed by Neversoft and RedOctane, "Guitar Hero World Tour" is the sequel to the popular "Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock." By the time this game was released, many people had reservations about buying so many plastic instrument peripherals and decided to just use the controller to play. This is entirely possible if you feel the same way, but you must be the vocalist in order to successfully achieve this task.

     Connect the Xbox 360 controller and the wireless headset. The jack for the headset is under the battery pack on the bottom of the controller.

     Power on the Xbox 360 with "Guitar Hero World Tour" inside the tray.

   • 3

     Navigate to "Quickplay." Press "A." The game will recognize the controller and make you a vocalist.
