How do I Fix an Xbox 360 Elite With No Video Dashboard?

Xbox 360 Elite consoles are manufactured by Microsoft and utilize an internal main menu called the "Dashboard." If your console is no longer displaying video output or the Dashboard, you can repair it by replacing the thermal paste under the CPU and GPU heatsinks. This will allow the console to cool off more efficiently and repairs the missing video output error. Repairing an Xbox 360 that does not display the Dashboard will take about 15 minutes. You will be required to open the console's case to access the CPU and GPU.
