Using a Memory Storage Unit
Connect a memory storage unit to the Xbox 360. From the console's main menu, navigate to the "My Xbox" tab and choose "System Settings," then "Memory."
Select the storage unit that contains the data you wish to transfer. Choose the type of content you want to transfer from the list that appears, then select the file or files to be transferred.
Choose "Move" when asked what you would like to do with the file. Select the memory storage unit you want to use. The data will then be transferred to the storage unit.
Use the data on another Xbox 360 console. Connect the memory storage unit to the desired console. Content can now be accessed from the new console.
Using an Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit
Detach the hard drive from the destination console. Turn off the system, then locate the hard drive on the left side. Press and hold the release button, then pull the hard drive away from the console.
Connect the transfer cable to the source console with any available USB port. Attach the other end of the cable to the destination hard drive via the connector slot.
Insert the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Disc into the console. Follow the on-screen prompts that appear to transfer the data to the new hard drive.
Reattach the hard drive to the destination console.
