CPU and Memory
The Xbox 360̵7;s CPU consists of three symmetrical cores running at 3.2 GHz. There are two hardware threads per core, for a total of six threads. Data is transferred over a 2.7 GHz front side bus. The Xbox 360 utilizes 512 MB of GDDR3 RAM.
Graphics
The Xbox 360 features a custom graphics card manufactured by ATI, with a 500 MHz clock speed and 10 MB of embedded DRAM.
Hard Drive
Unlike the old Arcade version of the Xbox 360, the new version will include a hard drive. ElectronicTheater.co.uk reports that the hard drive will hold 4 GB of data--enough to run the controllerless Kinect motion-control gaming system.
Ports
The new Xbox 360 Arcade will have the same ports as the Elite version, including two memory unit ports, three USB ports, an Ethernet port, an AV port, a HDMI port and the ability to connect four wireless controllers.
