How to Play Xbox 360 Games on the XBox Arcade Version

The Xbox 360 Arcade version is the bare bones of the Xbox 360 console. While other versions of the console all come with a hard drive, the Arcade version instead comes with a small 256MB memory stick or 256MB internal memory. It also comes preloaded with five full version arcade games, such as "Uno" "Pac-man Championship Edition" and "Feeding Frenzy." The Xbox 360 Arcade plays all Xbox 360 games, just as any other version of the console does.

Insert the provided memory stick into a free USB slot on your Xbox 360 if you bought your Xbox 360 Arcade before December, 2008. All Xbox 360 Arcade versions made after December 2008 ship with 256MB of internal memory, according to Microsoft.
