How to Put Custom Songs on Guitar Hero World Tour for XBox 360

"Guitar Hero: World Tour" allows you to create custom songs using the "Music Studio" mode. These songs can be uploaded to GHTunes, an Xbox LIVE service. GHTunes also allows you to download custom songs created by other players onto your Xbox 360 console. The custom songs can then be played in any mode that allows you to select a song. You do not need to be connected to Xbox LIVE to play these songs after the download is complete.

In other words, you can access this option with the free Xbox LIVE Silver account.
