Ensure that the TV shows you would like to watch are in the proper format for Xbox 360 playback. The Xbox 360 supports AVI, H.264, MPEG-4 and WMV, which means that most files with extensions of .avi, .divx, .mp4, .m4v, .mp4v, .mov and .wmv will work on Xbox 360 without any conversion. To watch files in other formats, however, you&'ll need to download a free application called Videora Xbox 360 Converter to transform the files into formats that Xbox 360 can read.
Once you have installed and opened Videora, click on "Convert" near the top of the window, select "Normal Mode," and follow the steps listed there to select a file to convert and a folder to place the finished product in. Move the sliders that appear to reflect your preferences regarding video and audio quality, but make sure that "Video Format" is set to "New." Click "Next" and then "Start Converting" to begin the conversion process.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer and open the folder that contains your TV shows. Select all of the files you would like to watch by holding down Control and clicking on each one. Once all of the files are selected, right-click on one of them, hover over "Send to:" and select your USB flash drive from the list. Wait for the transfer to complete, then open My Computer, right-click on your USB flash drive, and click "Eject." It is now safe to remove the flash drive from your computer.
Plug your flash drive into your Xbox 360, turn the Xbox 360 on, and navigate to the "My Xbox" section. Find and open "Video Library," select "Portable Device," and the Xbox 360 should automatically detect all of the TV shows on the drive. Select whichever one you would like to watch, and press the Y button to play it.
