Things You'll Need
Instructions
Download a DVD burning program. Try Burn for Mac or ImgBurn for PC (see the links in Resources), if your computer lacks a native burning program, such as Windows DVD Maker (standard on Windows 7 systems) or Toast. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process. Follow the commands to install the program onto the computer's hard drive. Restart a PC after the installation has finished.
Insert a blank, recordable DVD into your disc drive.
Launch the DVD burning program by double-clicking its icon inside of the Mac's Applications folder, or by selecting it from the Windows Start menu.
Click the “Add File” or “Add (+)” icon at the top of the burning program's main screen. Navigate in the window that appears to the ISO file. Double-click on the ISO file.
Select “ISO” or “Data” from the “Format” or “Format Type” drop-down menu. Select the DVD drive from the “Devices” or “Destination” drop-down menu.
Select the “Options” icon at the top of the burning program's main screen. Select “8X” from the “DVD speed” or “Burning speed” drop-down menu on the new screen that appears. Click the “Apply” button on the bottom of the screen. Click the “OK” button on the bottom of the screen to return to the DVD burner's main screen.
Click on the “Burn” or “Start” button on the DVD burner's main screen. The burning process may take from 20 minutes to two hours to complete.
Quit the burning program after the progress bar is fully filled and you have clicked on “Done” or “OK” on a confirmation pop-up window.
Drag the icon of the DVD that is now on the desktop to the Trash (Mac) or right-click on the icon and select “Eject” from the pop-up menu (PC). Remove the DVD from the drive and test it with your Xbox.
