How to Get Fable 2 Ancestor Items

Fable II provides an opportunity to earn many unique items outside of the game itself. The "Ancestor Items" are those left to your Fable II character by an ancestor. Depending on the choices you make for your character's ancestor, you will find several unique items in a chest within the Chamber of Fate. There are five items in total, which can all be acquired, if you wait to claim your prize until after all choices have been made.

  Point your favorite web browser to the Xbox Fable II website (see Resources for link) and sign in using your Windows Live ID. Make sure that your Windows Live ID is the same one that you use for playing on Xbox LIVE.

  Click on the box labeled "1," then click on the link marked "Start the Show." Due to the violent nature of the story, you will be prompted to input your date of birth.

  Watch the short vignettes and make moral choices along the path of the story. Once you have completed an entire story arc, you will be rewarded with one of five items. Claim your prize by clicking on the link.

  Play Fable II while logged into your Xbox LIVE profile. When you open the chest in the Guild, the item you claimed at the end of the vignettes will be inside.
