What Is the Headset's Wireless Range?
The Wireless Headset uses 2.4GHz wireless technology, which is similar to the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller. The Wireless Headset works up to a range of 30 feet.
How Long Does the Battery Last?
With a fully charged battery, the Wireless Headset will give you up to eight hours of use. This time may vary due to individual factors. If the headset goes unused for a long period of time, the battery may deplete itself and need a full charge to become functional.
How Do You Charge the Wireless Headset?
The Wireless Headset comes with a USB charge cable that connects the headset to the Xbox 360 console. The console must be turned on to charge the headset. Four green lights on the headset will light in succession to indicate the device is charging. When the charge is complete, the four lights will blink together. Charging generally takes about six hours to complete. While charged, the headset is wirelessly disconnected from the console. You cannot use the headset while it is charging.
How Do You Sync the Wireless Headset?
With both the console and the headset powered on, press and hold the respective "Sync" button on each device. The Ring of Light on the Xbox 360 console will cycle and the headset will be automatically synced to the first available quadrant, which should be quadrant 1. One of the four numbers on the headset will light up to indicate which quadrant it was assigned to.
