How to Open an XBox 360 Tray Easily

The Microsoft Xbox 360 (sometimes referred to as the "360") is a popular video game console. The system allows gamers to play hundreds of games, including shooting, music and platforming games. The vast majority of these games are available on DVDs that must be inserted into the Xbox 360 so that the system can play the games. The DVD disc tray on the Xbox 360 can be easily opened to allow players to quickly switch from one game to another.

     Set the Xbox 360 on a flat surface, such as a tabletop or the floor.

     Plug the Xbox 360 into an electric outlet. The disc tray will not open without electricity.

     Press and release the eject button on the Xbox 360. This button is located to the left of the disc tray and is marked by the classic eject symbol (a triangle with a bar or thick straight line below it).
