Call Xbox customer support at: 800-469-9269. Customer support is available from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. EST, seven days a week. Make sure to have the console serial number or gamertag ready so the support team can better assist you.
Email Xbox customer support. You can email customer support by completing the email form provided in the customer support section of the Xbox website. Include the full name and email address of the owner of the console, and describe the problem in detail in the spaces provided. Press the "Submit" button on the email form to send customer support the email.
Follow Xbox customer support on Twitter (@XboxSupport). The Xbox Support twitter page provides updates on technical issues and references for Xbox and Xbox 360 that might allow you to fix the console yourself. You can also log in to Twitter and tweet an issue to the Xbox Support Twitter team. The team will answer the tweet from this account,or an overflow Twitter account (e.g., @XboxSupport1 or @XboxSupport2). If tweeting a repair issue, describe technical issues rather than include the console serial number or gamertag.
Request repair for your console online. Online repair requests will require troubleshooting the actual problem with the online repair wizard. If the repair can't be fixed, Xbox will allow you to print out a shipping label. You can then ship the console to technical support and track the status of the repair online.
