Flip your Xbox controller over and remove the six exposed screws on the back of the controller.
Remove the Xbox label sticker located in the center of the back of the controller to expose a seventh screw. Remove this screw.
Separate the back half of the controller from the front half and set the back half aside. Then locate the right trigger button in the top of the controller housing.
Stick the end of a paperclip in the small hole located just under the right trigger. Tape the paperclip to secure it to the trigger.
Replace the back half of the controller and the screws. The trigger will now be modified for turbo use.
