How to Hook Up an Xbox 360 to a JVC 37 HDTV

The Xbox 360 supports high definition connections. In order to use the high definition picture to its fullest, the user should have HD component cables. Connecting the Xbox 360 to HD will increase picture clarity. All JVC HD televisions will have the needed connections.

  Connect the Xbox end of the the Xbox HD component cables into the back of the Xbox 360. The Xbox end will only have one prong.

  Connect the television end of the Xbox HD component cables to the JVC television. Match the colors together. For example, the blue cable goes into the blue jack on the JVC television. The television end of the cable will have six prongs.

  Turn the television on to check the connection is working properly. If the connection is not working, check to see that the television is set to the composite video, then check the cables are in the proper jack.
