How to Link Accounts With Both Active Accounts in World of Warcraft

The massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) "World of Warcraft" allows two players to link their active game accounts through the "Recruit-A-Friend" promotion program. When one player recruits a new player to the "World of Warcraft" game through this program, the system will "link" the two accounts for a period of three months; during this period, both active accounts will gain access to special experience bonuses and character summoning abilities. Both accounts will remain linked even after the new player upgrades to a normal active account after the trial period.

     Access the "World of Warcraft" website and log into your account using the "Manage Account" option in the toolbar on the left side of the page.

     Click on the "Recruit-A-Friend" option on your main account page and enter the new player's e-mail address on the invitation page.

     The new player should create a World of Warcraft" account using the accompanying trial serial number found in the "Recruit-A-Friend" e-mail.
