How to Make a Drift Car in Forza

Drifting is a turning technique in which the back wheels have no traction and seem to follow the front wheels. In "Forza," an Xbox 360 video game, you can simulate this technique by using the brake to slide the car around a turn. The process may seem simple, but it will take a lot of practice to know just when to pull the brake, since every turn is different.

Instructions

    • 1

Turn off the traction control by going into the difficulty menu that is displayed before the races. Turn off all of the driving assist options by deselecting the boxes beside the option.

    • 2

Back out of the menu by pressing the "B" button on your controller and start the race.

    • 3

Press the right trigger on your controller to get the car to accelerate once the race has started.

    • 4

Pull the emergency brake as you go around a turn by pressing the "A" button on the controller and nudging your joystick gently in the direction you want to go.

    • 5

Push the joystick in the opposite direction as your car starts to skid so that it doesn't glide too far in one direction.
