Instructions
Straighten out a paperclip. Insert one end of the paperclip into the small hole to the side of the disc drive on the front of the Xbox.
Push the end of the paperclip into the hole until the disk tray pops out. Pull the disc tray out to its fully extended position using your fingers. Empty the tray.
Turn on the Xbox. Wait for the modified flashed Home menu to appear on the screen.
Select ̶0;Delete Mod Backup̶1; from the choices on the screen. Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the game controller and select ̶0;OK̶1; in the window that appears. Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the game controller.
Wait as the ̶0;Delete Mod Backup̶1; program runs. You'll wait anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours.
Select ̶0;Restore MS Backup̶1; from the choices on the screen when the modified flash Home menu again appears. Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the game controller and select ̶0;OK̶1; in the window that appears. Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the game controller.
Wait as the ̶0;Restore MS Backup̶1; program realigns and moves files. The wait will be anywhere from 10 minutes to two hours.
Scroll down the list of choices presented on the screen when the modified flash Home menu again appears. Select ̶0;Turn off Xbox.̶1; Press the ̶0;X̶1; button on the game controller.
Push the disc tray back into the front of the Xbox with your fingers once the Xbox has shut itself down.
