How to Capture From Xbox

However, you can capture video from the Xbox by hooking up a VCR to the composite cable from an XBox advance pack, even as you watch the Xbox on your TV through the S-Video cable also from the Xbox advance pack. You can purchase the Xbox advance pack from an electronics or game store, and the procedure only takes a few minutes to set up.
