What is the Difference Between XBox 360 Halo Console & Elite Console?

Like many other seventh-generation home gaming consoles, the Xbox 360 comes in several versions. One version, released with the popular first-person shooter "Halo 3," was designed specifically for the game. There are several differences between this version of the game and the Xbox 360 Elite version of the console.

Color
- While the Xbox 360 Elite is colored black with a chrome disc drive, the Halo Xbox 360 has the colors of Master Chief's armor: green and gold. The controllers that come with their respective systems have similar colors.
Games
- The Halo Xbox 360 came with a copy of the "Halo 3" video game, while the Xbox 360 Elite generally came with two games (originally, the games were "Forza Motorsport 2" and "Lego Indiana Jones.")
Cost
- The Xbox 360 Elite was much more expensive than the Halo Xbox 360. At the time of release, the Halo Xbox 360 was $399.99, while the Elite was priced at $449.99.
Hard Drive
- The Halo Xbox 360 also has a much smaller hard drive than the Xbox 360 Elite. The Halo hard drive is 20 GB, while the Elite hard drive is 120 GB.
Packaged Cables
- The Elite came packaged with a High-Definition Multimedia Interface cable to accommodate the Xbox's HDMI port. While the Halo Xbox had an HDMI port, it did not come with an HDMI cable. Instead, it comes with a component/composite hybrid cable.
