How to Make the Fortify Carry Weight Potion on Skyrim for Xbox

Alchemy can give your "Skyrim" character temporary boosts through created potions, such as increasing the amount you can carry via the Fortify Carry Weight potion. Unfortunately, when you first encounter ingredients in "Skyrim," the game does not tell you what each ingredient does, leading to a large amount of trial and error as you figure out how to craft each potion. Knowing the right ingredients to craft the Fortify Carry Weight potion enables you to spend less time foraging and experimenting and more time adventuring.

Instructions

  Locate the following ingredients: a creep cluster and a giant's toe. The creep cluster is found all throughout Skyrim, notably in caves and groves, while the giant's toe is found on the body of a defeated giant.

  Locate and use an Alchemy Lab station. These stations are always located in the court wizard's chambers in larger cities, your own house if you outfitted it, alchemy stores and sometimes in inns.

  Select "Ingredients" and select the creep cluster and the giant's toe.

  Select "Craft" to create your Fortify Carry Weight potion.
