How to Attract a Quackberry on Viva Pinata

"Viva Pinata" is a gardening simulation game where players are required to restore an old garden that will attract different animal pinatas. Different pinatas will appear near your garden based on the quality of plants and water availability. The Quackberry is a pinata duck that will appear near your garden once you have built a pond there. Once the duck comes into your garden, you can feed it to make it stay there permanently. Once yours, the Quackberry can be sold in town or mated to another pinata.

Instructions

  Load "Viva Pinata" and select a location for your house, which is given to you for free at the start of the game.

  Press "Up" on the directional pad to equip your shovel. Press "X" to use the shovel, which will soften the hard soil and remove any weeds in your garden.

  Press "Right" on the directional pad to select the different grass types, once for short grass and twice for long grass. Plant one or both types in your garden by pressing "X" while the grass seed is selected.

  Press "Left" on the directional pad to equip your watering can. Press "X" with the watering can equipped to water your seeds.

  Equip your shovel again by pressing "Up" and dig in one location repeatedly to make a pond. Equip the watering can to fill it with water. Press "Y" to bring up the game help menu and check the percentage of water on your land.

  Reach a 4-percent water amount in your garden. Purchase corn seeds from "Costalots" in town. Plant the seeds and water them. Once the corn grows, it will attract a Quackberry to your garden.

  Enter "Bart's Exchange" in town and have Bart transform corn into a loaf of bread. Feed the bread to the Quackberry to make him permanently stay in your garden.
