Ensure your Xbox is turned off, and connect the USB stick. Power on the Xbox and log into your profile. Go to "System Settings," then "Memory." Select the storage device where your Gamer Profile is stored. Click "Move" and select your USB device from the destination list. Allow the file to copy to the stick.
Power down the Xbox and remove the USB stick. Switch on your computer and connect the memory stick to the USB port.
Download and install Modio onto the PC. Launch Modio and click the large "M" button. Select "Explore My Device" from the popup menu. Click "File," then "Open Drive." Drill down through the folder tree until your profile is displayed. Select the profile file in the right-hand side of the window.
Drag the profile file from the Modio window to your desktop. Minimize the file browser window, and drag the profile file into the empty Modio background. A window appears, showing your profile information. Click on the "File Contents" tab, and scroll down to "41560855.gpd."
Right-click on "41560855.gpd" and select "Replace File" from the menu. Navigate to the replacement "41560855.gpd" that you downloaded from the file store link. Click "Open." In the Modio window, click "General File Info" to return to the main view. Click the large "Rehash and Resign" button at the bottom-right.
Maximize the drive browser window again, and drag and drop your profile file from your desktop back into its original location. Modio will prompt you -- asking if you want to overwrite it. Click "Yes."
Shut down the computer, remove the USB stick and connect it to your Xbox. Power on the Xbox and select "System Settings," then "Memory," then "Memory Unit." Select your profile and click "Move." Select the hard drive from the list of destinations.
Back out of the "Game Profile" folder and enter "Games." Navigate to "Call Of Duty: Black Ops" and delete the "Title Update" file. Sign out of your profile and disconnect from Xbox Live. Launch Black Ops and start Zombie mode. Press "Up" on the directional pad to engage NoClip mode, allowing you to fly.
