How to Disable Facebook on the Xbox

With an Xbox Live Gold Membership and a hard drive with at least 5 megabytes of space, an Xbox user can access Facebook quickly and easily, which may not be what parents want. If you're concerned about your child's use of Facebook, removing if from the home computer may not be enough. Get on your child's Xbox Live account and disable Facebook there as well.

     Open Xbox Live and go to "My Community."

     Scroll to Facebook and press "Select."

     Scroll to "Profile" and select "Settings."

     Change "Automatically Log In" to "No" and choose "Save Settings."

     Press "B" on the Xbox controller to exit Facebook.
