How to Get a Maltese Tiger in Kinectimals

"Kinectimals" is a pet-management game in which players raise such exotic animals as elephants and gorillas. Instead of using a controller, they interact with the animals by using the Xbox's Kinetic motion-detection system, hence the game's title. The Maltese Tiger is one of many pets that the players can get, but to acquire it they must have a scan tag. The scan tag is sold exclusively with the GameStop version of "Kinectimals."

Instructions

  Purchase the GameStop version of "Kinectimals." It comes with a Maltese Tiger plush toy. The scan tag is on a ribbon around the tiger's neck.

  Place the "Kinectimals" disc in your Xbox and turn on the console. Once the game has loaded, your screen will show a grassy field.

  Hold the Maltese Tiger scan tag in front of the Kinetic motion detector. It will read the tag, and a window will pop up on your screen announcing that you now have a Maltese Tiger. Close the window to see you tiger cub frolicking in the grass.
