Instructions
Practice the techniques for executing effective punches to score points against your boxing opponent. In the game, you can use jabs, uppercuts and hooks.
Jab your opponent by pulling your arm straight back, creating a fist with your hand and punching forward with as much force as possible. You can execute a jab in a high or a low position, depending on where you want to hit your opponent.
Hit your opponent with an uppercut by swinging your arm backward, making a fist and punching upward and across your body toward your opponent's chin. Put the full weight of your body into the punch to get as many points as possible for the hit.
Execute a hook by bringing your arm out toward your side and back -- as if you were trying to elbow someone in the chest behind you. Create a fist and propel your arm forward and across your body to hit your opponent in the side of the head. Putting as much of your body weight as possible into the punch will benefit your score in the game.
Block your opponent's punches by either putting your hands in front of your face or in front of your stomach, depending on where your opponent is trying to hit you. When trying to block punches, it's important to watch your opponent carefully so that you can anticipate the punches and block them successfully.
Block three punches to deliver a powerful blow to your opponent -- a move that will quickly deplete your opponent's energy and give you the upper hand in the match. With your opponent's energy depleting, you'll be able to get the knockdown through a series of punching maneuvers.
Defeat your opponent and earn maximum points by repeating the process of blocking three punches in a row, increasing your energy and stunning your opponent through maximum force punches.
