How to Change the Startup Pass Code on the Xbox

The Xbox 360 features several layers of security to prevent unauthorized account usage. If you̵7;re unfamiliar with the Xbox 360̵7;s menus, you may not know where to access the different password settings. If you want to change the pass code required to start restricted games, chat options, videos or even Xbox LIVE dashboard itself, navigate to the family settings. The basic Xbox 360 password controls your Xbox LIVE account, but the family settings handle the pass code for startup content.
