Starfish Prime refers to a high-altitude nuclear test that resulted in an EMP blast, which knocked out power to several of the Hawaiian Islands. The title can be difficult to obtain unless you can efficiently rack at least 75 enemy kills and utilize EMP devices to your advantage.
