Play through the game until you're a level 12 gardener. Go to Miss Petula's Paper Pets shop, and purchase a Rashberry for 1,650 chocolate coins. Continue playing until you become a level 27 gardener. You will also need 200 square pinometers of water in your garden, and your garden must be worth at least 20,000 chocolate coins for a Swanana to appear.
Expand your garden to have at least 250 square pinometers of water, and feed the Swanana two sandwiches for it to remain a resident in your garden. You can get sandwiches by buying bread from Bart's Exchange Shop and having him tinker the bread into a sandwich. Go to Willy Builder's shop, and purchase a Rashberry House and a Swanana House. After you have these houses in your garden, you'll be able to purchase a Mystery Home from Willy Builder, which is necessary to get these two Pinatas to mate.
Feed the Rashberry one rotten hazelnut, one rotten chili and one rotten gooseberry. Purchase these fruits from Bart's Exchange Shop, and leave them lying around outside for a few days to become rotten. Go to the Miss Petula's Paper Pets, and purchase one diamond choker. Then go to the General Store, and purchase one Swan Fountain. Feed the Swanana three water lilies. Increase the amount of water in your garden to 300 square pinometers, if it isn't there already, and you'll have met all the romance requirements for these two Pinatas.
Purchase two joy candies from Ivor's Bargain Store. Place one of each of these candies on the ground next to a Swanana, and place the other one next to a Rashberry. Direct the Pinatas to these candies. They will eat them and leave with hearts over their heads. Direct these Pinatas toward each other, and they'll mate. They will then go into the Mystery House and perform their mating dances. In the morning, an egg will be outside of the door, and it will soon hatch into a Pigxie.
