How to Activate the Termination Protocol Achievement in BlazBlue

"BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger," a one-on-one fighting game for the Xbox 360, includes 50 achievements players can earn over the course of the game. However, only 19 achievements and their requirements are able to be viewed; the rest are secret achievements, with the description only appearing after they have been earned. "Activate Termination Protocol" is one such achievement, earning the player 30 Gamerscore points upon completion. To earn this achievement, a specific character must be used to meet the achievement's criteria.

  Launch "BlazBlue" on your Xbox 360.

  Press "Start" on the "BlazBlue" title screen to access the main menu.

  Select "Training." Any game mode works for the achievement, though in training mode your opponent does not move or attack, making it ideal.

  Select Nu as your character. Nu is required to earn the achievement.

  Select Tager as your opponent. Tager is the largest character, which aids you in getting the achievement due to his size.

  Perform a 60-hit combo as Nu against Tager. Combos are performed by performing subsequent attacks on your opponent, with each attack increasing the combo counter by one. Any combination of attacks, such as regular, special or super moves, are eligible for the achievement. Nu's Legacy Edge Distortion Drive special move can be used twice in a row to guarantee a large number of hits. When the combo counter on the right side of the screen is over 60, the achievement is displayed on-screen.
