Games: How Do You Unlock the Floater in the Pipe Achievement in Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts?

"Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts" has several different achievements that you can earn, and a few of them involve vehicles. First you need to design and build a vehicle, and after that you'll have to attach a certain item to the front of it. It is also possible to use your vehicle as a blunt object to batter the ball into the proper position to earn this achievement, but it's much easier to wait until you have unlocked the item needed to complete this achievement easily.

Instructions

  Play through the game until you have collected 60 Jiggies. A Jiggy is a golden puzzle piece and you earn them by completing levels, finishing mini games, defeating bosses or helping other characters. This will unlock the sticky ball that you can attach to a vehicle.

  Go to the Test-O-Track, which is located to the left of Mumbo's Motors. You will be in an enclosed track with a large soccer ball floating around. Press "B" to modify your vehicle and attach the sticky ball to it if you haven't already done so. Fly out onto the track and locate the soccer ball.

  Assign the sticky ball controls to a button using the directional pad. Press "Down" to assign it to "A," press "Left" to assign it to "X" or press "Right" to assign it to "B." Press that button to fire the sticky ball at the soccer ball when you see it.

  Drop down to the ground in this track and locate the pipe that runs under the ramps. Drive slowly to make sure that the soccer ball doesn't detach from the sticky ball and drive into the pipe. Drive up the side of the pipe to make the soccer ball briefly float in the air, which will give you the Floater in the Pipe achievement.
