Earn the Circuit Breaker achievement in "Kinect Sports" on the Xbox 360 by breaking the electrical equipment in the javelin toss event. To do this, you need to gain a decent amount of speed, then throw the javelin at least 105 meters in order to hit the electrical equipment at the end of the field, causing it to break. The key to getting good distance on the javelin throw is to throw it with a sidearm motion rather than the traditional overhead motion.

Hold the javelin at your side.

Jog down the track, keeping your knees high.

Swing your arm out in front of you, throwing the javelin sideways (almost as if you're throwing a flying disc with your forehand). Try to be as close as you can to the end of the track when you throw.

Repeat the process until you're able to hit the electrical equipment.
