How to Get Party Members in The Last Remnant

"The Last Remnant" is a role-playing game for the Xbox 360 and PC. Rather than following the traditional RPG model of fighting with a team of three to four main characters at a time, "The Last Remnant" allows you to control multiple units that are each composed of three to five main characters or soldiers for hire. Immediately after the opening sequences of the game, you have some party members, but you can obtain several more throughout the game.

Instructions

  Play through the main storyline of the game from the beginning. Many new main characters will join your party and aid you on your quest.

  Take quests from the three guilds. Quests are not a part of the main storyline, but you can meet additional characters by completing them. Some characters can also be hired at guilds without having to complete a quest.

  Go to the recruitment area of Athlum's town square. There, you can hire soldiers to join your team and fight alongside you. These are not necessary in the Xbox 360 version of the game, and you may want to use only your main characters, as they are more powerful than warriors for hire.
