How to Get Insane Credits on Halo

As you complete campaign levels and multiplayer matches in "Halo: Reach," you earn credits you can use to purchase new armor for your character in the armory. While some of the pieces of armor are inexpensive and easy to acquire, other pieces cost more than one million credits. Accumulating enough credits to buy these pieces is a time-consuming task, but there are a few ways to earn large amounts of credits at a time.

Instructions

Complete every multiplayer match you enter. When you complete a match, you win a random number of credits from the Jackpot. However, if you don't complete the match, you don't receive any credits and reduce your chance of winning a large amount of credits from the Jackpot in future games.

Play game types that are part of the "Super Jackpot" playlist. Bungie, the game's developer, offers the "Super Jackpot" playlist for limited periods of time, typically on weekends, where you can earn a large amount of credits from the Jackpot after a multiplayer match. Completing one of these matches can earn you 5,000 or more credits.

Complete the daily and weekly challenges. Every day Bungie provides a list of new daily challenges for users to complete. The difficulty of these challenges varies, but are often easy enough to complete in one match. Completing a daily challenge earns you about 2,000 credits. A new weekly challenge is offered once a week, and although it takes longer, it can earn you 10,000 or more credits.

Earn commendations in the campaign and multiplayer matches. You earn commendations by completing a specified number of tasks throughout your career, such as kills. When you complete the specified number, you receive credits and move up a rank. As you continue to rank up from silver to bronze and gold, you receive additional credits.
