How to Get Shock Tactics on Batman: Arkham Asylum

"Shock Tactics" is a medal you earn on the "Invisible Predator (Extreme)" challenge map in the game "Batman: Arkham Asylum." To get the medal, you need to appear suddenly to surprise a terrified henchman. To generate fear you must move through the challenge map stealthily and take down enemies while you remain undetected. You will earn the "Shock Tactics" medal after you frighten the last two enemies on the challenge map.

Instructions

- 1
  Swing onto the ledge in front of you at the start of the challenge map. Use the "Line Launcher" tool to grapple to the next ledge to the left. Use the Sonic Batarang to knock out the enemy across from you. His body will fall against the railing and attract the attention of three of his allies.

  Use the Ultra Batclaw to launch the three enemies over the side of the railing. Enter the ventilation shaft on the left side of the ledge you're standing on.

  Crawl through the shaft until you are underneath a control room. Use the Ultra Batclaw to rip the floor out above you and knock out two more enemies. Quickly retreat back to the ventilation shaft and wait for two last enemies to arrive to investigate the commotion.

  Hide in the floor vents on the lowest level of the map. The two enemies, now scared senseless, will end their investigation and start to roam. As soon as they walk by, leap out of the vent in front of them to terrify them, earning you the "Shock Tactics" medal.
