How to Kill the Army Guy in Level One of LEGO Indiana Jones 2

"LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues" lets you take control of a LEGO version of Indiana Jones and go through scenarios relating to the four Indiana Jones movies. Throughout your adventure, you'll need to work with a partner, build various LEGO objects and defeat bosses. The first boss you come up against is Major Toht in level one. Major Toht controls a giant beam that hurts you if you stand in its way for too long.

Instructions

- 1
  Throw something at Major Toht to distract him when he's trying to hit you with his beam of light to buy yourself some time.

  Break the table in the middle of the room and build a giant reflecting disc from the pieces.

  Move your disc to the area of track that is lit up. Your disc will reflect the beam into Major Toht, hurting him.

  Run to the metal table. Wait for Major Toht to throw an explosive that blows up the table.

  Build a reflective disc from the leftover pieces of the metal table. After you're finished, move your disc to the light spot on its track. Hide behind your first disc to reflect the beam back at Major Toht and hurt him again.

  Tie up the Sherpas that attack you using your whip, then punch them to destroy them. After this, Major Toht will try to hit you with the light beam again.

  Slide your reflective discs to the light spots on their track. Hide behind the disc on the right side to reflect the light beam back to Major Toht. After this, he'll jump down to try and attack you.

  Punch Major Toht five times to finish him off.
